Also, go to a locksmith store and purchase the devices that can be installed on windows to lock them without needing to drill into the frame.

I live in Franklin and it is 10 minutes to Cool Springs (mall and commercial area with every store imaginable) and you are just 30 minutes from Downtown which is not so much shopping, but great restaurants and a lot of events.

Ditto with all the reminders and notifications of birthdays and anniversaries stored in them.

I want to be the one FLIPPING these houses and making a difference in dilapidated neighborhoods but I don't have the financial backing so I just feel like a kid in a candy store with no candy money.
