Downtown Cleveland has been a stand-in for New York City on several occasions in various movies, and offers an unusually urban environment for a city of its size.

An example of intrinsic value of a home might be a property owned by a movie star or some admired public figure (if there is one, LOL).

I do a lot of things that I consider fun and yet have very little (or no) monetary benefit -- dinners at nice restaurants, movies, vacations, flying airplanes, etc.But, just because I "waste" money on these things that don't provide me a financial return doesn't mean I'm not an entrepreneur.While I think playing the lottery is a ridiculous expenditure, for many people it's ultimately no different than any other enjoyable pastime.

This literally looked like a movie set from a horror movie.As I made my way into the house (still saying hello with no answer back) I realized this guy had an electronic fetish to the hoarding degree.

It's never easy like you see on TV or in the movies, but you can't give up, and you didn't!

Most of those part timers have some other source of income (full time job, spouse, child support, rentals, investments, parents (just saw the movie Parker), etc...).

It reminded me of the movie "Psycho" for some reason.  

This sounds like that movie "Pacific Heights". 

I went to see American sniper but the movie was sold out.
