Everything I read seems to say that apartments are nice but they become more of a pain to manage instead of a single family with a good chance of a long term tenant.I know the time is now to get it but I'm driving myself crazy looking at different properties!

If necessary, I would potentially use any other income sources to speed up, stay on target or address pain points.I'm suggesting a 10 year time frame as a ball park because I will use any additional income to speed this process along.
