Real Estate can be a head ache I definitely would never buy something with zero cashflow may as well just buy stocks at that point.

The high end market seems to have suffered the most in our area, because there is still so much buildable land and acreage that, as one realtor explained to me, if people are going to spend over $500,000 they figure that they may as well just build themselves a brand new house and get it exactly how they want it!  

If you don't really need the cash now or in the immediate future, you may as well exchange and defer.

What you and/or the wholesaler are using as a "comp" may as well be in a different galaxy if its more then 2-3 blocks away, so unless you really know the neighborhood and have driven past all the "comps" then I strongly suggest you get a second opinion.  

I'm in NYC, which may as well be Canada, LOL.  

I have not used them but may as I am new and don't have a track record yet.

All they can do is say no, may as well save myself $10,000 and try.Take it as you will but I don’t think buyer requests are absurd and you have the right to accept or deny them

When fixing or building something, I may as well do it right the first time. 

It may as well be ours.
