Matt, I have read most of your posts, and I can tell that you are already leaps and bounds ahead of most of us when we started out in this business.Jon is right in that most of the things you posted are jobs, but they are investments as well.

Also remember, you can sell that stock instantly and have realized cash in your account.A healthy dose of both real estate and the financial markets should do the wallet just fine. my 2 cents, Matt I agree with using both, and that any stock market investment is actually speculating...and thus more risky.  

If lenders want the mortgage to get back in good standing, if someone were to pay the fees and penalties, and take over the mortgage ensuring payment, with good credit rating (essentially what Matt is proposing), why would the banks reject this?
