Is the condo personally owned or corporately owned?

I have funded a corporation from my 401k using the ROBS process (Rollover as Business Start-up). 

I have long wondered if transferrring title to an LLC while keeping the loan in the borrower's name personally could open the door to a piercing the corporate veil situation.

I have now started a corporation and currently trying to pivot into long term buy and hold as well as BRRRR properties. located in northern Ontario. let me know if there are any other Ontario investors on here i would love to gather any and all knowledge that i can. thanks, 

Hey Harit, You will need a US based LLC/Corporation, Passport, Bank Statements showing POF, and verification of primary residence.

I`m sure this has been asked a thousands times here but I thought it may be quicker to just ask it straight up.I`m looking for a lending institution that will do an investment loan under the name of my corporation, any thoughts?

If this is the beginning of a trend with larger corporations (some claim 30% to default on ARB in February?

there’s a funny debate on this. we put it on one of our rentals in SoCal and it’s netter us in a positive way and made us more attractive to prospective tenants.that being said, IF it were truly lucrative I think we’d see more corporate apartments like Greystar and Redwood installing solar panels.If you do install, make sure you figure out what tax credits you qualify for etc and make sure your output is covered by the panels for day AND night. theres no sun at night.. so make sure when they design they dont hide that. the salespeople are shady with that aspect and it’s annoying.
