Generally this property have a great cash flow, but no or low appreciation.D class - the worse part of town. gangs, drugs, neighborhoods that you do not want to be after sunset...So for D-FW - what would you consider for B area ?

There is also Ford city and an area near the casino (Glengarry to Marion to Elliott St) that isn't too great.
