@Craig Cude you are correct that zillow took away the ability for most of these software to interface.

But also the most complete (and expensive).Expensify I would say is the easiest to use and has the best interface, but it only does expenses (not income).If you're in it for the long haul it's worth considering Quickbooks as you'll eventually get used to the (awful) interface and malfunctioning rulesets, and as you grow and need more complicated things it will have them. 

It has a very clunky interface to communicate with prospective tenants.

I moved from TenantCloud to Cozy because I fell in love with Cozy's interface.

We make keeping the books easier and faster with a unique, property-centric interface, industry specific transaction templates and reports, and personal customer service. 

Tax sale resources has a fairly decent database (it is comprehensive, but the user interface is a little off) of real estate tax delinquencies. 

If a company can provide just the infrastructure of how transactions are routed and allow the bank to integrate that with their existing UI (user interface) then you really wouldn't even need an app like Venmo and Zelle to conduct your business.

Do you know if the calendars on AirBNB, for example, can be interfaces to something like iCal or Google Calendar so bookings could be handled centrally instead of on a number of different booking sites?

Most free software I’ve tried I have not liked the User interfaces are terrible and I always find issues I don’t like.
