Usually, co-GPs will need to sign on non-recourse loans. 

While this could be beneficial for finding partners, your experienced GPs typically don't attend these.  

We are GPs but also invest as LP in various asset classes. 

One thing you should also realize is that your going to need a decent 4Dr vehicle and GPS or know your area very well!  

It also reports when they are late as well as anything they owe us in damages after they move out, regardless of how they moved out (like normal, skip, eviction, etc.)Another option is Tenant Tracker, which, I believe is actually based here in Lubbock.

I believe learning to find deals and raising capital are the best ways and most important roles syndication GPs need support on and will pay / include you in the GP side while you learn.  

Interested in the perspective of both LPs and GPs in syndications.
