I chose to go this way in order to avoid any claim the tenant might make about being threatened with arrest/imprisonment over a civil matter. 

I just witnessed an arrest last weekend in a neighborhood south of William Cannon a few doors down from a house we were checking out.

I know of many who have sacrificed their lives in YOUR service...attempting to arrest extremely violent criminals.

What I see in many (certainly not all) of the police shootings are incidents of resisting arrest or fleeing that leads to a shooting. 

When all was handled and the tenant was literally arrested (door busted in, etc...this was a drug dealing scenario) I went to the next board meeting and let them know I was lawyered up and they're very, very lucky I didn't bring a suit (which would have only raised my HOAs so I didnt).

Tread lightly here, you could get yourself into an age discrimination case pretty quick...To the OP, I had a something similar happen when a disabled vet I was leasing to was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The cops aren't going to arrest you.

If it was done on purpose and the company is acknowledging it is the employee being arrested?

David may get arrested for assault and lose his home and even job.There are consequences to actions.
