What I see in many (certainly not all) of the police shootings are incidents of resisting arrest or fleeing that leads to a shooting.

When all was handled and the tenant was literally arrested (door busted in, etc...this was a drug dealing scenario) I went to the next board meeting and let them know I was lawyered up and they're very, very lucky I didn't bring a suit (which would have only raised my HOAs so I didnt).

Tread lightly here, you could get yourself into an age discrimination case pretty quick...To the OP, I had a something similar happen when a disabled vet I was leasing to was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Hi,we found that the tenant who signed the lease as single occupant got arrested. from county website charges seems to include drug and other, bond is very high.
