I have been investing for 12 yrs bef I got my license. it definitely exponentially increased my exposure to all things real estate.

The fumes from this stuff are no joke, Just a few minutes of exposure to it will make you feel weird for hours after.It does make a tub look almost like new, but it has drawbacks.  

Here are my tips:Do a great job of follow up with the listing agent and make sure you leave the House and lock up exactly as you found it Pick houses in a high traffic area for more exposure Put out a ton of signs Be friendly and helpful to buyers.

They will be able to discuss setting up a joint venture LLC while minimizing tax exposure for both of you. 

Outside of my real estate, I still have an IRA and a regular stock brokerage so I have some exposure to the stock market.

This has been a helpful strategy for folks as they have gotten started to gain exposure. 

The seller's agent should most definitely limit the exposure to prevent a conscious or unconscious discrimination based on a protected class. 

Cuts your potential maintenance and cap ex expense exposure.
