The only thing that I can see is an earthquake or some radical interest rate changes or major league recession otherwise when looking back these might be considered bargains I am afraid.

They are great tenants.These "Interns or Fellows" have Ivy League Backgrounds, Top Public Universities, Masters Degrees from Local Public Universities in STEM Disciplines, did time in the Peace Corps, etc.

Some good places for rentals would also include small town areas to the East and South of Houston, such as Beaumont, Bay Town, League City.
