My current job is in DTLA, so the commute will be good (I’m WFH now, but I imagine that will end someday)It’s a great area to live in – charming, houses/neighborhoods with character, good food and many things to do.

I’m working with a pilot right now to find a house and he favored Cheyenne because of its relatively close proximity to DIA and yet it has the charm and good lifestyle of WY. 

On the right side of town, with other charm, trees, internet, easy highway access, pond/lake view, etc. 

It's a charming century home on an acre across from the campus.

I'm totally charmed by it and don't understand why it's not "hot" (aside from no major employers, and its small size, perhaps).

Investors, home buyers, transplants and alike do not just look at the crime and drugs; which are on a fierce trajectory of decline but the rising potential and rehabilitation in addition to the charm and history that Newburgh offers. 

I made sure to save architectural details that gave the place its charm, and choose paint colors that fit New Orleans. 

@Prudence Meads let me guess....did you buy your properties from a charming podcaster personality who then turned the deal over to a "reputable" partner called Oceanpointe?

We have so many neighborhoods that can use this type of love here in Charm City!
