There is one in Boston, Chelmsford (I attend these events) and Black Diamond events in Waltham (these events are great!!).

If you send us some information on the two properties, I can announce it at our next Black Diamond meeting on 3-26. 100-200 people attend, almost all of them real estate investors, many of them also real estate brokers.

The Black Diamond event hosted by @Ann Bellamy in Waltham would be a good one to go to (2nd location in Worcester as well) and @Justin Silverio hosts a quarterly BP meetup in Woburn (Though the March meeting will be on location at a rehab that he will have just finished in Reading).

I love to mountain bike in Bootleg Canyon and Blue Diamond at least once or twice a year with friends who live out there.

There are also a few good groups in the area such as the RI Real Estate Investors Group (rireig.com) and Black Diamond REI (blackdiamondrei.com) which I recommend mainly because 1) I've been there, 2) they don't seem to try to sell you stuff, and 3) they're run by investors and have good info.
