It's a in person auction that has a date of May 05th but underneath starting bid it says Est Debt by home own of 117k, if i bid on this property on auction dot com or in person will i have to pay the bid and as well as the debt or how would i go upon this process?

Due to the mortgage requirements to maintain the same level of debt or more, could I theoretically pay off the entire mortgage before selling the 1031 property to that my next property(s) would not necessarily need to also have mortgages to qualify for a 1031?

My monthly expenses are only $1,400.Monthly debt obligations appearing on credit report, plus (if applicable) personal rent and alimony/child support/etc: $0 I have no credit card debt or child support, etc.FICO: Excellent/good 750Credit issues: noneAdditional details: If there is any option to find a lender or method of financing that will cover the purchase price (TBD) as well as the estimated repair costs up front, I would like to be able to pay back any leftover money that was NOT needed for estimated repairs - without any consequence, and re-calculate the loan and payments according to that.

Some Tax advantage and some not but as far as being invested in debt or income producing real estate I'm don't have any exposure and I'd like to fix that.A piece of me also says this is a single family residential and will have good resale value and liquidity so I'm not pinched if I need to get out.
