I am always open to networking with anyone, especially those in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan area. 

The Chamber of Commerce, building inspectors who have been around for a while, city council members with experience, and neighbors can help you with their opinions and statements.Sales and marketing abilities will help you make the right purchases.  

I've attended all the city council and town hall meetings when the ordinance idea was ignited last Summer.

The package will also go to the board responsible for recommending approval or denial of the re- zoning to the city council.

I went to all the city council meetings and have studied the new ordinance for the Airbnb class I teach here in Denver.

Basic guidelines - Northwest Oklahoma City, roughly Council to Walker, 10th to 50th, will go a bit further for the right deal. 900 sf or larger, min 2 bed, condition must be accurately reflected in price.

Any help by legal council would be greatly appreciated!
