We are BRRRRing it and we’re originally going to rent traditionally, however we decided to look into it as an Airbnb, and when we put in current loan rates which will be near or at 7% when we are ready, we’d only cash flow about $150 a month 😱, but as an Airbnb our projections are around $1,300 cash in our pockets monthly. 💰 At this point is a no brainer 🧠 and we know if it doesn’t work out or we don’t like doing it we can always revert to a traditional rental. 

Do you use your own cash or do you have a lender or investor funding your deals?

Purchase price: $220,000 Cash invested: $30,000Currently house hacking.

So it's a waiting game for that property until you have enough to do a cash out refi.

Cash flow is not great since properties are priced accordingly though.  

I offered $100k cash sale or a $150,000 bank sale.

Even if you get something in escrow right away, it's still a 30-45 day escrow period before you would get paid, unless you are working with cash Buyers.  

Your best bet is to keep liquid cash and avoid PMI.

I live in Dubai and I also invested a bit in the US over the past few yearsBut I was interested to continue investing in Dubai , maybe at least get a few rental properties to generate some cash flow.i would be interested to discuss with anyone who has similar interest or who has been successful in this ?
