My father owned tourism based businesses, and liquidated a few years ago, his contacts got him onto a group who buy property management rights, they offered him a buy in to the next property, a resort on the Gold Coast (one of the most popular tourist destinations in Australia), this investment (which was thoroughly looked over by his accountant and lawyer) over the past 3 years has been netting him on average 18% per year, passively.

So if anyone is investing or living in the areas than can shed some light this for me it would be much appricated.As I'm in Australia it's a little harder to join a physical investment club to find alot of this stuff out,But I am planning on coming over to check out some deals in 5-6 weeks.P.s I've been getting my info of best places .net which seems all of the content hasn't been updated in a while is there a better source of info out there ?

We are actually in the US from Australia at the moment investing in property here.

This might not be an all-out bubble like last time but I am personally planning for a decent correction and not buying right now unless a great cashflow investment presents itself.The United States is not the only expensive market either, it's happening around the world again in places like Australia, Canada and other countries.

Default insurance has been in UK, Australia, Czech Republic, Germany and numerous other places for over 25 years.  

Singapore or Australia where property values are rising.
