Hi Folks,Found the podcast through Stitcher and have back tracked about 20 archived episodes over the last couple of weeks.

LOL You can check the archives for my comments on the DOS and you'll also find that more often than not I actually contacted the note holder/lender prior to a sub-2 and more often than not received the wink and nod approval to do the deal.

If managing older posts were a consideration, I would at least like to have access to an "archive" of older posts.

As for the general bandit signs to put out and leave out, I make mine legal by the methods I use, I'm sure there are plenty of posts on the subject in the archives.

I will bet josh could come up with a flag button thingy that could be used as a suggestion to look at the archives.
