I’ve  always loved houses and the building process since I was a little girl watching my dad.

Of course with larger apt buys gotta watch the date EM goes hard. 

They never have time to hang out in a lawn chair and watch the grass grow.if you sell for a living, it's always going to make sense to look like you have money and the trappings of success.

To become an REP you have to:- spend 750hrs or more in real estate investing activities (looking at zillow, watching BP youtube videos, actual property mgt, etc)- spend more time on real estate activities than any other single area (like a w2 job)My wife is a REP while I work at a W2, this allows us to take deductions from passive investing against our active income and saves us thousands of dollars every year on taxes.

Watch though, some listing agents will try to refuse, and get hammered.So the listing agent’s incentive is to live up to his contractual obligation to his owner principal, like he agreed to do. 

The things you need to watch out for are the price you pay and how leads are distributed.
