Whether or not these four properties lead to a deal or not, the boost of confidence received from BP and its tools help me to go into any lender's or potential CPA's office with a professional presentation and professional appearance that really helps establish good rapport in dealing with these vital professionals crucial for the success of my business as a newbie real estate investor. 

If you (or your wife) is stuck on that premise, it's going to be vital to get over it. 

Check to be sure the width and thickness of both floors are the same, as well as them having a sufficient wear layer (as one may have been sanding more times than the other).

What happened is that we removed the carpet and a middle layer, but there's a felt layer that's glued to the concrete.  

PM has always been challenging, but TK adds a layer of expectation by the buyer/landlord.  

Although, ideally I think I'd retire any and all real-estate debt at that point, hold what I'very aquired, and do more fix and flip.Regarding campground/Tiny Home, island property is an entity all its own, with added layers of regulation, etc.  

Hold harmless clauses and insurance don't prevent a lawsuit, they are simply layers of protection.  

This packet should have contained all the vital info. needed to determine the health of the HOA, as it should contain budgets, minutes, etc.
