Before I get too, I would like to start investing into rental properties and create some supplements to my weekly take home so that one day I can get a job thats less physically stressful but still make the money that being a plumber would make me. 

In my houses, I make sure kitchens and baths have all romex circuits (grounded) and then try & add one grounded circuit per room to supplement the ungrounded knob & tube.  

My objective is to create passive income with the initial purpose of supplementing my income and retirement; ultimately replacing it over a 7-10 year period.

The other is not a company and is generally doing it to supplement their primary income, or they could be retired or whatever.

Also - my teenager supplements a lot of his feedings with Ramen.  

To me your portfolio looks impressive and is exactly where I want to be as I look to supplement my income.

Does anyone know brokerages in Louisiana or just in general that offer supplemental along with commissions for agents.

The only down side is some of the communication - task oriented projects don't flow as well as we liked, so we supplement certain tasks with asana.
