I didnt have many bookings created a month from arrival.

There are a ton of tools within his program that are useful, but none of that stuff matters if you can’t get deals bought/funded through them which is the only reason I paid my money.

Obviously, if I'm trying to comp a property and Propstream gives me stuff with sold prices and ARV's from 10 years ago, that doesn't give good comps.

Typically I have enough buyers lined up for the property that I don't have to nickel and dime with an investor over stuff. 

Don’t buy the cheap stuff.

I don't really have any peers that are PM's in my area that I can call on for stuff like this so I really appreciate it.

If you were and lose the value of the rental, then subtract the rental amount from the total price to arrive at the reduced value to you.Are you asking HOW to negotiate a lower price based on this uncovered information concerning the property condition?
