. :-) Mike did you ever run into that big land/timber scam in Baja ( central mountains of Baja) that jet up to 10k feet or so.. there is old Growth Pine.. and some guys in Mexico talked some investors from Oregon ( timber based economy here) into this deal.. it was presented to us..
