I think 30 - 50% would be the number to strive for.

In my opinion, if your lender is always striving to be better than thier competition and are constantly working to improve thier services, they don't have anything to worry about.

Hello all, I'm actively looking for multi-family assets in North Carolina and striving to close my first deal by the end of 2022.

This makes it extremely challenging when you strive for 0% vacancy, having one party move out on the 31st, and the next move in on the 1st, especially since the inspection has to occur either in the afternoon of the 31st (if they are out) or the morning of the 1st (prior to move-in). 

From what I have discovered, the really beautiful thing about the REI community is that 99.9999% of folks strive to genuinely help each other and watch each other succeed.
