I don't see any reason these trends won't continue. 

Also hotel typically fall behind the trends in the market so according to several market experts we still have a good amount of good years remaining in hotels.

@Marty BoardmanThat statistic is so misleading because you were not allowed to foreclose the prior year in many locations.That would be like lowering the drinking age to 18 and saying teenage drinking is up 80%.Foreclosures are at all time lows and will continue to trend up.

The demographic trends are proving extremely strong. 

You don't have the general population to fall back on for your historical & future trends.  

I’ve Identified several locations within my region that, based on the trends in  residential development seem to be under supplied and positioned to be great potential locations for new climate control self storage.
