@Martin Saenz I'm not sure it's really a note investing thing so much as a general societal shift.

@Tim Schroeder I remembered hearing about it ages ago before I was really in STRs, and my perception of it was more of it being an auto-responder instead of automating messaging, which was not something I wanted.  

You have to work hard to control your brand's perception, because what your brand really IS doesn't matter, just its perception.

Also, pockets of lower asset valuation in cities, especially driven by frankly misguided perceptions (sometimes even racist in origin) limits the upward mobility of disadvantaged and well meaning folks.I've seen it first hand.Obviously the right 'formulaic' approach is critical but I see avenues to attack this problem in a more focused way!
