Also, pockets of lower asset valuation in cities, especially driven by frankly misguided perceptions (sometimes even racist in origin) limits the upward mobility of disadvantaged and well meaning folks.I've seen it first hand.Obviously the right 'formulaic' approach is critical but I see avenues to attack this problem in a more focused way!
