@Robert Harris As per other posters, be careful about broadcasting your funds so publicly. 

The thing that Podio doesn't have is a contract generator or comunications system i.e email, fax, sms, voice broadcasting, autodialer, blacklisting, etc., which means you still need other systems.

Ive broadcasted to family, friends and visited a few local rei meet ups to finally put myself in the right surroundings to meet the right to help get me off the sidelines of the business.

Not with regards to my actually listing on their site but if you select the option on CHBO site to broadcast your listings for you it posts to zillow - which then zillow broadcasts it to trulia & hotpads.

Sort of familiar with the area as I used to play club soccer all around Connecticut growing up.
