I’m curious if anyone has purchased a home with a younger sibling with the intent of having them live in the home during their time in college?

Me, my mom, and my siblings have all lived here with my grandparents for their whole lives so the property has not been sold in a very long time.

Everyone and their sibling thinks they can analyze a residential property, but most realize that commercial properties require significantly more experience, knowledge and skill.  

I have a brother who's a contractor, I'm a real estate agent, and then we have five other siblings (accountant, social worker, etc.) who don't want to do anything active in real estate investing but might share their money based on what we told them for expected returns. 

It’s really hard to find contractors, I have found some realtor nice siblings, good people… but they want 50% down before even start!

Is there any way to be first to buy a house of a friend who’s sibling died single without an heir.

Seems he did a great job on raising you both and I'm sure that goes for your other siblings as well.
