I have found a vacant house that would be I believe would be a solid brrrr or flip but I am having trouble nailing down a current address or phone number of the owner. Any tips to track this fellow down?

I am fully stumped on this one. Both property shark and county sites have his current address as the clearly abandoned house. I have it on good authority it has been this way for at least 8 years. Every phone number I’ve found online is a dead end.

This is what makes a good investor. Most people will give up at this point, however, if you can dig in and find the owner you could be massively rewarded.....Or it could be a waste of time and the only thing you'll come away with is a school lesson on how to find owners. Either way seems like a win to me.
