It is not the possession of "proof" that is supposed to make me believe you are credible.Credibility is the (desired) RESULT of completing tasks, or how you act.Let me make it even more clear.NOT because you perform task A, B, and C, you are now magically credible.

Does buying a STR with a pool put you at an advantage and increase revenue because it's more desirable for STR tenants? 

Says no plans to relocate, wrote 2+ years on desired length of residency.1st couple expressed some "squeamishness" with vermin.

Positive cash flow the entire time I owned it and it gave me the desire to buy more.

I was born and raised in San Francisco and did some property management for my cousins in North Beach and have no real desire to be a landlord in SF or CA in general. 

So properties with good lighting not near junkie looking properties and ones that are fenced bring higher rents and are more desirable.

With that said, I have no desire to constantly kick a person when they are down. 

Would make your property more desirable if tenants didn't have to bring their own ac units.
