This market has a lot of large families and therefore 5-6 bedroom rentals are in demand and tough to find.

Don’t lie to the seller.

Heating costs and interest rates dont help the numbers but demand is high and resale numbers have been impressive

Firestone park and Goodyear Heights are nice areas that get good rental rates and have lots of demand. 

Anyways, on my latest project, the title came back yesterday and revealed two extra parcels of land deeded to the seller under the property I was under contract for.
