I had to have the ductwork cleaned everything repainted and the house scrubbed top to bottom. 

If you need to ask them to leave, then I would hire a professional cleaning company to scrub the entire unit and most certainly deduct this from their security deposit.

The current cabinets could be refinished and the tile grout could be scrubbed and redone.  

You can scrub, or blast, it off, but it will return.

Michael, Bleach does not kill the mold spores, Believe it or not use Dawn and water to scrub it down, and use a microbial to spray it so the spores do not come back, I do Mold Remediation, Hope this helps ....Zack

If you do anything with the drive, scrub it and treat or stain it (if concrete) or roll a sealant coat on it (if asphalt).
