If it is keeping you up at night and pinching your personal budget quite a bit, that's a different matter.  

While the lack of income tax is a huge draw for many, I agree that property taxes can quickly eat into profits, especially for investors renting out properties.

In today's day and age of social media, the Internet and super catchy reels and videos, attracting your attention to higher returns, promising life changing strategies and tips on how to quit your 9 to 5 job; A lot of people really neglect what real Real Estate investing is all about. 

If we offered a lawn mowing service, we'd have to increase the fee quite a bit, even if just for the summer months. 

Work a lot, save it all, eat the food that your mother makes for you and go to work- then when you have a big pile of money of your own you can decide if you want to risk it On real estate.Read Rich Dad Poor Dad.Good Luck!

You could possibly drop the mortgage insurance, but the difference in rate would most likely eat up those savings.  

In 2019 the 2 had revenue of $160k (not quite evenly split).
