Additionally, a property with a pool and a spacious backyard is a huge draw, as guests love the idea of relaxing by the pool and hanging out outside enjoying the fresh air.

I’ve worked with some investors who have no desire to self manage and the cost to have a property manager is well worth it, while others make time to manage everything and enjoy it.

@Jeff Ebert I've really enjoyed working with Declan McGonigal with MyBeach Vacation Rentals. 

It is a good platform and I enjoy it, but I spend more time than I should on it.

Properties never perform the way you think they will and on the rare occasion you actually profit, it's pure luck, not skill.

So even if these companies gave you pure bonified SEO leads,  they were expecting to deal with THEM, not you.People do not understand the psychology of a conversion. 

I probably need to look for a less demanding W2 so I can enjoy the next ~5 years and have a little more time to devote to RE to determine if it's right for us, while still making a good income in case it's not.
