Suggestions: what postcard headline might be targeting probate,and what back of card might say

Secondly, I'm trying to avoid marketing to these motivated sellers as a "hoity toity" real estate investment firm called "Capitol Wealth Builders" when I'm trying to buy their property for steep discounts, and felt "SellHomeNowDMV" could just be a domain I own and do business as when marketing to these folks (postcards, craigslist, yellow letters, etc.). 

I am a wholesaler, and the seller responded to a postcard mailer I sent out.  

Mailer post cards are the best lead generator-  I send about 2500 mailers to each county monthly by going on the county website and downloading lists of land owners. 

I am starting a new Direct Mail Campaign.Based on the designs I have seen on vistaprint or any other website, there is no return address place on the large postcard.

Send out post cards and wait for the motivated ones to call. 

I received two postcards today from Julie Hicks imploring me to call her phone number in order to get to listen to a recorded message.  

Sending a single postcard or yellow letter would be pretty expensive but possible sure.

I drove for dollars heavily and sent yellow letters and postcards to vacant homeowners and out of state absentee owners.
