@Ariel Gonzalez, I can say that, from my perspective, General Partners experience is something that many groups were able to get around but many LPs are learning what experience is versus EXPERIENCE.  

You will meet people from different walks of life that will give you different perspectives on real estate investing.

From a weekly rate/occupancy perspective the beaches are tough to beat.

Amazing how this can change ones perspective on life.

I realize some of these questions would require a real estate attorney, but hoping I can get some insights and perspective from others who might have experience.

From my perspective, when BRRRR'ing the most important aspect is the quantity of deals you can secure at values below the ARV in a given area.

I would love to see more posts regarding a woman's perspective on RE investing.

Even so, I am more prepared from an education perspective and ready to get my first investment property.

You never know when and how much, but it is good to be flexible and resilient and keep it all in perspective.
