Account Closed point, if you can make money from someone inside your sphere of influence using your license its a little extra icing on the cake. 

5am wake up   cup of coffee scan east coast emails for funding requests and title docs to sign.5:15 am   chug 32 oz of water with 5 ladels of MSM5:30 am  another cup  of coffee  scan e mails and BP requests.6: 00 am ish  continue with east coast emails and start to set up what we are going to wire that day.6:30 am another cup of coffee  continue scanning e mail and BP  talk to closing attornies on east coast and my east coast vendors.7: 00 am  down into my basement home gym 60 minutes cardio 15 minutes weights.8:00 am  48 minute cool down  then jump in shower9:00  am  Eat  while at my desk answering more e mails post on bp a few times and print docs for east coast vendors and closing attornies.. 10:00 am Staff arrives we talk about fundings for the day.. account balances who is going to buy what that day.. what payoffs can we expect etc etc.11:00 AM  staff has sent wire request to banks  and printed closing docs for the day.. off to bank to sign closing ( mail away closings) and wire money to various title and escrow companies and closing attornies. 

The actual working pressure is measured in ounces per square inch.  15 pound psi is probably 100x the working pressure of around 2.5 oz psi.

I personally recommend that you focus on your sphere of influence first and begin marketing to them using cheap/free methods.

I don't have a large social sphere here, as I grew up in Europe.

Our average yields are higher than OZ but still very low. 

It was a great investment, especially silver, which went from about $4.5 to $50/oz at the peak.

Your sphere of influence is probably not in position to be buying houses right now, my guess is they're more concerned with paying tuition.

By the end of your first year, I think having three legs of marketing and deals to stand on is where you should hope to land (this could be your sphere, investors and FSBOs or it could be internet marketing, expireds and veterans the options are endless but the thing is to get specific and become very good at each before adding another stream).The majority of my business came from investors and from my sphere of influence.

My experience has been 8-10 hour days 6 days a week, but I was brand new to the area and am still developing my sphere of influence.
