Our contractor suggested that the bricks could be sealed (maybe), but on looking at the photos said these are too far gone to seal.

There are some rules about how many fixtures you can put on a single cable, but as I understand it, your "about 64" fixtures mean you can probably run two or three cables and be OK.If the lights are just "dumb" - they just light up when you apply +12 V, and you want individual control, then yeah, you'll have to run one cable to each fixture from some common location.Good call on looking for a good power supply.

I dont think any of my offers have been unreasonable and i have had one accepted.The current property i made an offer on looks like this: 120,000 arv 83,00 asking price 25,000 needed in repairs I offered 55,000 to start out but am willing to go up to 65000Also the property has been on the market for 450 days with no activity.
