Hello,I am new to real estate investing so I am getting my feet wet by wholesaling. 

All you aspiring SF investors on this thread, do yourselves a favor, and search on BP for the numerous threads dedicated to "cashflow vs appreciation."  

My credit is about 592 so I know I have to go the hard money way..while I'm working on that on the side l, I would like to get within a mortgage company as a loan closer, or anything that can get my feet wet.

It was great to meet you yesterday at the REIA meeting.House hacking is definitely the way to go if you want to get your feet wet in real estate.

I have numerous connections to agents, mortgage brokers, and most importantly a father who owns a construction company in the area, so I really want to focus on this particular submarket.
