Well 1st thing I need to tell you all is that Wholesaling as it's taught is a myth.

Getting into real estate with $0 is a myth, it's just bait to get seminar attendance up.

That is a myth.

Living the way Stanley showed us has been extremely kind to our net worth, financial security, and mental health in running out little property business, and every time now I read something on the Web about how The Millionaire Next Door was a myth and a fable about a false cohort of people and no one could possibly take the ideas laid out in it seriously and they couldn't possibly work today to help make anyone financially secure, oh wow do I laugh, and it's the rich, satisfying laugh of a guy who's  laughing last.

I am thinking this just enhances the rentability of an STR nearby. 

They are caught up in the myth and aren't really motivated to sell yet.

The Spanish speaking people in Texas being taken advantage of are a myth created by the “liberal” politicians looking to secure “ethnic” votes to push their socialistic agenda.

So if you are looking for knowledge that myth is busted.If you do not intend on doing real estate full time to help clients then it is an expensive investment in the beginning. 

@Chris Munichiello The crystal ball isn't exactly my thing, but given the *severe* shortage of homes on the market, I expect prices to continue to climb in the short to medium term.As of Q4 2018, Suffolk County (Boston) was down to a 1.3 month supply.
