If tenant is going to pay electric and gas, you don't have to include them.

Builder asked me a question this week about locating the gas meters.

Both are new natural gas systems2nd floor rehab is about 50% complete.

Hi BP community,Has anyone in the Pittsburgh area, specifically serviced by People's Gas, Duq Light or PAWC purchased one of those utility line protection plans and actually had to file a claim?

Find out who is paying the utilities; gas, water, electric, etc.

We installed a water well, fencing, a compacted house pad, and built an $80k barn/workshop.Before we could start the house, I got laid off (oil & gas) and we converted about 1,000sf of the barn to living space.

The units share water and gas so currently I am paying it. 

We are interested in everything from an old gas station, barn, office building, out building, renting from another church, etc. 

We are paying a total around 400$ per month in gas for both of us commuting.

I recently purchased a house in Woodstock, IL, that is in need of some minor work (repair exterior 2 story wood stair, replace dryer gas line, replace old window casements, etc.).
