Hi,This is my first time doing Taxes declaration with a rental property and own a primary home I purchased both last year.I am looking for an advice how to proceed.I have done some taxes in the past by my own with no properties purchased on turbo tax which I found easy and had no problems.Do you recommend me to use Turbo Tax or go to a tax specialist?

Nor am I familiar with exactly how extensively written your lease may be.However, I set up my lease carefully though I did not personally have it written via a lawyer - but my lease is clear and lengthy and if a tenant violates a provision I can declare the lease null and void and end the relationship.

This loft room had a window of around 8 sqf only.b) Size misrepresentation - When listing my property for sale I used the total sqf of my condo as defined in the condo declaration documents the same number that shows up in plan drawings.

(above)but rather, 'compensation' of equal value for what the government took away. some people might argue a home was 'lost' in a hurricane or disaster or rezoning and the government 'helped' relocate the homeowner, when in fact in vastly all instances of government declared disaster/zones, homeowners are 'banned' from ever returning to their home - even if they want to -  via eminent domain proceedings and thus compensated with replacement property for real estate government decided unfit to reposess following disaster or rezoning.
