I placed an advertisement in CL ( Illinois) for a cleaning serviceand had nine people contact me,but only three showed up for estimates.Now I was down to three people and hired one, but guess what they never showed up to do the work.Then I proceed to contacted next person from my estimates, so the moral is to build a list of service people.
