Hey @Mike Eichler, if you think tree maintenance isn't more, come on out this spring and help me cut up a 80ft Ponderosa Pine or 100ft Cottonwood that rolls in on our beach because someone didn't do tree maintenance.

You should consider looking to try and get a deal in Pine Hills.

But, do a google search on the Pine Crest development in Woodmere, and also all of the condo/townhouse/mansion development in Chagrin Falls along Chagrin Blvd in the hills before it becomes Main Street.
