There's a menu on the left, some really critical "additions" in a little cog wheel at the top and I find myself clicking and cursing and hitting back buttons continually while working in it.

For the restaurant analogy, you usually get a breakdown of costs on the menu items...I dont need to know what the restaurant spent on the food or how much profit they are making on my beer, but I would like to know how much I am paying for the beer so I can decide if I should have another ;)
