I love the idea of house hacking but not sure I want a permanent roommate so I’m going to give Airbnb a shot.I’m finally ready to go all in on an investment property but still feel I have a lot to learn.

This is a lot to take on if this is your first flip. 

Then I would use that lot to build 4 homes as this business undertaking and hope to have the cost of lots be part of my investment, meaning when one day I sell those new homes, I will subtract lots and cost of building from my sales, so to reduce my eventual tax on the profits.

Hopefully you got to do everything you wanted to while living here, theres a lot to miss I'm sure. 

If you're jumping into Real Estate from another career like I am, there is a LOT to learn for the exam for sure.

Just sounds like a lot to deal with on such a small property with limited upside potential.

There is a lot to do - it can be done in 30 days, but don't give that way if you don't have to.  

Still, with a diverse employment base and three colleges inside the city limits, there's a lot to like about the tenant pool depending on your price range and overall strategy. 

It is a lot to take in but Bigger Pockets is quickly becoming my favorite spot. 

There is a lot to learn and to do.
