@Steve Babiak is absolutely right.I've said it many times buying at tax sales is the most hazardous way to buy real estate.

But it corrected over time..

Walkable to locally owned restaurants and the street had mostly owner occupied homes that are owned by long time owners.

If you're new to real estate investing and looking to get the best value, I'd suggest considering **house hacking** using an **FHA loan**—it can be a great option for first-time buyers.

I only need her part time so if someone wanted to split her I'm interested in that. 

I also spent a lot of time networking with other investors and professionals to get advice and tips.
