I let them know I would expect a refund if a guest complains about dog hair or something else pet related.

We have been DOG friendly since we started.

Took one booking, the tenants broke contract by bringing a pet (dog hair and a bone were left behind), and Landing was not exactly pleasant to deal with in recouping security for extra cleaning and damages (dog used the ceiling fan remote as a chew toy). 

It is not much larger than my tankless, but my tankless is fairly large compared to many.  

A few thoughts...One I had something similar with a neighbor who had my number and texted me after I moved out of my unit and moved a tenant in to complain about my tenant and his dogs.

I understand that it may take time to build the capital for larger deals, but I’m committed to making it happen.

If you want to scale into MFH, I would start in a market that has a larger volume of MFH properties.

It just doesn’t seem viable unless I wait a year or two to save more for a larger down payment.
