@Joshua Lyon  when I start spending half my year in vegas ( this coming year) I will enable my jetsmarter app Vegas is a Hub for them... we are isolated up here in NW just too much fly over territory for that to work.... although Vegas has its other challenges with all the folks half drunk on the planes.. friend of mine has a Phenom 300 and he won't let it charter into or out of Vegas... tired of getting tables broken on the plane that cost 15k to fix  LOL anyway  back to real estate..

Think more isolate in the mountains in a view cabin.

The thought with mini-splits is it would allow me to lower my expenses, and keep the renovations more or less isolated so I'm not having to redo plumbing or ductwork etc etc to other units that are currently occupied. 

This helps to isolate the liability of the interactions in the Operating Company.

I understand there will be some other variables and influences but I would like to l isolate just a couple differences to gauge the impacts.

I have one isolated issue, but I think it’s the tenant, not the program. 

If you do decide to go with the duplex i dont know your building floor plan idea but the ones with garages in the middle isolate and deaden the noise from each unit in the living area.
